Wahler is the leading OEM manufacturer of thermal solutions for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW Group (including Audi, Porsche, Bentley, MAN) as well as Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, Ford and US domestic applications.
The company was founded in 1902 by the Wahler family. Their first thermostat was produced in1928. Wahler has since built its reputation with technically complex thermostats for automotive and industrial applications.
For a short time, Borg Warner managed Wahler products. In 2021, Thermal Management Solutions purchased all of Borg Warner's production facilities for OEM thermostats, including the Wahler brand.
